Exceptional service all around. Friendly, welcoming and professional. I've had different procedures done ,from cleaning and cavity fillings to extractions. Top notch executions. They keep track in their system of the dental status by updating it at every visit. I haven't noticed that done anywhere else. There's much more to be said about Dr Dhuga and his great team. Strongly recommended .

Dr. Dhuga and his staff are so lovely. The receptionists are always friendly, they greet everyone with a great big smile and they are always so helpful! The hygienist are always making sure you are comfortable. I highly recommend this dental office, if you want to be treated right and respected as a client.I had a filling done and it was done quick, comfortably and it was painless. If you dread going to the dentist you’re going to the wrong one!I highly recommend Dhuga Dental Centre!

Dr Dhuga is very good but the people that make the appointments are totally bored I guess! Once you make the appointment they desperately call and text you continuously to confirm their little appointment, even if it’s confirmed multiple times and you ask them to stop! This is the reason I quit going to this clinic before and I tried to go back today (again, because the doctor is good) but I had to put up again with these bored employees that are in charge with the appointments so I canceled for good this time because I can’t let them harass me for every appointment! There are other good dentists in the area, I’m going where I can have peace after making an appointment, and not having my phone full with their texts, messages and calls! Have some respect!

I had my implant done at another dentist many years ago. A couple of months ago, the top of the crown chipped in the corner. I went to Dr. Dhuga and yesterday we finally had the new crown placed. Dr. Dhuga made it an easy and great experience as always and my tooth looks perfect! He is understanding and explains the process thoroughly before starting the procedure. Thank you to the best dentist out there!

Dhuga Dental is by far the best dentist I have been to. The front desk is so helpful with inquiries about anything and always make the best available times for you. The dentists there are caring and always do a thorough job. Dhuga himself is such a nice person and after talking to him you understand that he cares about your well being. If you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend coming here.

Dr. Dhuga from Dhuga Dental in Vaughan is the BEST DENTIST! Dr. Dhuga is extremely skilled and efficient, while being patient, calm, and caring. He has personally called to check on me or my family after an appointment and is available after hours. Dhuga Dental is a state of the art facility! The dental and front staff are organized, very friendly and always willing to accommodate you. Dr. Dhuga's office is easy to contact by phone, email and even by text. It is so convenient to make or change appointments! Our family has moved out of the area, but it is worth the drive to Dhuga Dental!!!

Visited Dr. Dhuga today for my son. The clinic was clean and organized. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with.Dr. Dhuga was very thorough in his examination and took the time to answer all the questions my wife and I had. Many of dentists are kind, but Dr. Dhuga has a skill like I've never seen. Prior to him, I had loads of "Dentist office Trauma". He was able to repair my teeth and my absolute fear of dental chairs. His skill and his compassion are next level. He even follows up with a personal phone call. If you hate going to dentists, this is your guy. Simply amazing.

For almost 10 years of my experience with Dr. Dental office I can say only the best words about professionalism, care, intelligence of Dr. Dhuga and a team. Attention to every detail of the patient needs, precise work and next to impossible tasks are the routine of their daily work. Always polite, timely and genuinely concerned with my dental health. The whole team is very friendly and I always feel positive when visiting hygienists and speaking over the phone and in person with the front desk team.I can say that I am very demanding to the excellence of the dental work, and often asked for the explanation of the tasks performed. Dr. Dhuga has a wealth of knowledge and experience that I always felt safe with his professionalism. State of the art equipment and tools add excellency to their work.During this difficult time of COVID I experienced all the safety procedures, implementation of new tools and addition to the room equipment gave me additional comfort during my visits.Highly recommend this office for the new patients and wish Dr. Dhuga future success to the job he is doing so well and prosperity to the whole team. I would highly recommend Dr Dhuga to any patient. He is hands down the best dentist I have been to in the last 40 years. He takes the time to explain the process before and after he is done the work. He gives you breaks when you need them and doesn’t rush the work. I also have taken both my children aged 5 & 7. We all know kids, when you mention the dentist, they run away. With Dr Dhuga, my kids have not once ran away from me and enjoy seeing Dr Dhuga. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would.

When I hear stories of people not being able to find a quality dental experience I'm reminded that I'm grateful to have Dhuga Dental and Team! Sometimes we arrive anxious or nervous or tired and we've been treated with stress balls, lots of friendly reassurance, and even massage chair and the remote. I appreciate the time Dr Dhuga takes to remind and/or explain procedures and preventative measures we can take at home that show the care he invests in his patients. As a busy mom we joke that my me time is in the dentist chair but in many ways it's true. I sit back and let Dhugas team do their work as I know my families' dental health and hygiene is in good hands!

Hands down the best dental office I've ever been to!- Incredibly skilled staff- State of the art equipment- Extremely accommodating torward their patientsThere's one thing which sets Dhuga Dental apart from all other dental offices in Woodbridge... and it's their fantastic customer service.The moment you step in, it's very noticeable that all staff members are dedicated to their craft and truly enjoy working at this office. Daniela is pleasant and ensures all communications with the insurance companies are taken care of (I never have to deal with last minute surprises). She also goes out of her way to provide multiple appointment times for me to choose from. Gurpreet is exceptionally professional, precise with her tools, and my go-to hygeinest. Dr. Dhuga is quick, to the point, and always provides solutions that work for me.Happy to leave this review because the team works very hard and it shows with every interaction. I have been going to Dr.Dhuga for over 10 years and can say that I will be going there for many years to come! Dr.Dhuga and staff are very friendly and professional. They always answer all my questions and go above and beyond to make sure that I have a great experience while I am there. Unlike most facilities, they value and respect their client’s time as they are always on time to every scheduled appointment.I was worried about going back to the dentist because of the COVID risk but they are doing a great job at keeping the clients and staff safe! They sent me a self assessment COVID questionnaire before my appointment to ensure that I do not have any symptoms. Upon arriving, they also took my temperature and provided hand sanitizer. The staff and doctors also wear protective gear to avoid transmitting the virus. They are doing a great job and I felt completely safe during my visit! I would definitely recommend Dr.Dhuga to anyone looking for a new dentist!

First visit to the dentist since business opened post lock down, and like many was a bit nervous seeing as it's a close quarters type of appointment. However, the entire experience was above expectation, prior to coming for my appointment I was provided with a self assessment to ensure I was not posing any risk to the staff or any other patients.Upon arrival, the door was unlocked, I was placed between doors and had my temperature checked by a staff member in full PPE. There were barriers and divides up in all areas where one would have 1-1 interaction. Once I was cleared, I was met by my hygienist who was also fully covered in PPE, the room had been outfitted with heavy duty plastics at the entrance of the suit as well as any other openings shared with the adjacent spaces. There were not one but two air purifiers running in the suit. They even had a special device which was placed 20 inches above your face to pull any air in to a dedicated machine which only added to the overall purification process.Overall, I have to say the establishment took this re-opening very seriously and are doing everything they can to ensure the safety of the staff and patients.

The service and personal touch at Dhuga Dental is second to none. Growing up the dentist experience was never pleasant, however Dhuga has changed that for our kids and us too!!! The communication is great when it comes to scheduling, always looking to accommodate as much as possible. Feedback and explanation is very clear during cleaning and checkups. Dhuga also does a great job of supporting youth organizations in the community. Thank you Dhuga Dental!!!

I cannot believe the 5* for this Dr. this is the worst dentist that I've never experienced in my whole life. i know people usually post review when they receive a bad service. all the reviews are similar and that what fooled me to go to this Dr.. Dr. Dhuga is always busy and always have 2 or 3 patients that he is seeing at the same time. He is running from room to room. Due to his busy schedules, the secretary will book you for several appointments just for 1 concern, sometimes 15 mins appointment, sometimes 30, sometimes 20 all of these just before your procedure and that way they over used your insurance and suck all you money. You will end up paying double or triple price for 1 procedure because you will see the Dr. 3 or 4 times to have it completed. Now after all the inconsistencies in the process of consultations and treatments, I have a an unbearable sensitivity in the tooth that he repaired and from the time that he was doing the procedure, i felt it wasn't professionally done and that was the case. all he cares about is to bill your insurance and for you to pay him the difference that is uncovered by the insurance. I will not go back there or refer this Dr. to anyone in the community.

I've been waiting for Google to ask me to leave a review of this place, it still hasn't and I couldn't wait any longer to show my appreciation of great personalized service. These guys really know your name, and definitely know your teeth. Camille has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, handling everything from reminders of appointments via text to dealing with my insurance company. Dr. Dhuga himself did my initial appointment and used it to really lay out a plan of action which has been very beneficial and positively affected my oral health. It's been amazing dealing with these guys, getting my teeth back in order after not seeing a dentist for most of my adolescent life. These guys have set the bar for me now with regards to getting professional services done, I will no longer settle for just good enough. I really recommend this place, you will know from your first visit you are in very good hands.

I'm so impressed with the service of this Dental Center. Everything was on point, the staff was so friendly and kind. I had a dental cleaning and I can say I actually enjoyed my service. I didn't have any pain. I have very sensitive teeth and that's always a concern when I have dental cleanings, however this time was very different. My husband and I have both been seeing Dr Dhuga for a couple years now and have been very very satisfied with and impressed by the service of the office , work of the hygienists and Dr. Dhuga himself. He is very detailed, gentle, and explains everything in detail. He’s also very personable and makes us feel comfortable at each visit. (Much better than our old dentist) The front desk staff confirm appointments via text message too which I think is so smart! Kudos to whole team and the way the office is run! Exceptional 👍

My husband, kids and I all go to Dr Dhuga and we've had nothing short of excellent experiences every time. All of the dental hygienists are gentle and extremely thorough. Dr Dhuga is also very gentle and has a great bedside manner, he's very friendly and approachable. The receptionists are also great, have good customer service, are friendly and accommodating - they even schedule appointments and send reminders via text message.Awesome family friendly dental office.

I was most impressed with a recent dental restoration, and I even received a follow up phone call from Dr Dhuga to check on my pain level. His staff are very friendly and highly experienced. I have been going to Dhuga Dental for around 5 years now and have always been pleased with the level of service. The facility is very modern and always clean with plenty of natural light for a relaxing feel. The only thing brighter than the dental offices is my smile when I'm finished there.I had a severe tooth ache around a year ago that required a root canal. After a sleepless night, Dr. Dhuga took my early morning distress call and was able to fit me into his busy schedule to preform this surgery right away, on the spot, which I am still extremely grateful for as I was on the verge of yanking that thing out myself. I just finished getting the crown put on my tooth the other day to finalize this procedure. Being my first root canal/crown, I did not know what to expect, but Dr. Dhuga and his team answered all my questions of curiosity (there were many) with detail. The crown itself looks and feel amazing, I don't even remember which tooth it went on anymore. Always pleased with this Dental team, it's a shame Google only allows a 5 star review because it is a 10 star facility.

I have been a client of Dhuga Dental Centre for almost 10 years and they have consistently provided amazing customer care. The facility is clean and welcoming, and the massage chair and ability to watch TV while getting your teeth cleaned is an added bonus. However, the best part about Dhuga Dental Centre, is the people. Dr. Dhuga , Apollonia and all the other staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. If you are looking for a dentist that genuinely cares about you and your oral health, I would highly recommend them!

I have been looking to write this review for some time now and now finally got a chance to! I have been a patient of Dr Dhuga’s for the past couple of months, and so far I am absolutely more than satisfied with the service I got! Dr Dhuga has been very thorough during my teeth checks, ensuring to explain everything to me as we went through the treatment. I usually dislike dentist visits for a reason, but at this office I always feel very welcomed by Dr Dhuga and his lovely staff, it never even feels like a dentist visit! They also offer text notification which is a nice little benefit for those always forgettable of their appointments like myself.. In short, my top chosen dental office in town, thank you, Dr Dhuga and team!

I just left the Brampton location which I have been a patient for almost 15 years. On my visit 2 days ago I mention to the Manger Mrs Prianka that I was unhappy with my service I received. shortly after I left she called me back and apologized and asked me if I would like to come back in to re do my appointment and re assured me that I would be happy with my service. I returned today to meet the Lovely Chantelle who gave me one of the best hygiene appointments since my last Hygienist Mrs Gurpreet that has now retired to be a stay at home mom. Oh How I miss our chats. I just wanted to share my wonderful experience with you all and to thank Mrs Prianka and Mrs. Chantelle for the excellent customer service that Dr Dhuga office always provides each and every visit. Sometimes it's worth it to express how you feel to others, so you can give others a chance to correct a wrong.

I would highly recommend Dr Dhuga. I haven’t been to a dentist in years, a mix of childhood braces trauma and not finding a decent dentist.Dr Dhuga takes the time to explain what he is doing at the beginning, during and after a procedure. He even calls to check up the next day after a procedure.His staff are also great with explaining coverage and booking appts.The office also has great amenities-massage option in chairs, tv at chairs, and a consult room.

I had a 1 hour procedure today on my bottom left teeth x 2. Mr Dhuga did the whole procedure along with his assistant. Nothing had fallen inside my mouth to be swallowed. He checked up on me every 20 seconds to see if I am doing ok. He got the job done in an hour exact. But thanks to Dhuga Dental for waiving it to keep me as a loyal customer. Use to be a really good dentist until covid hit I came back to this office and reception isn't goodThey don't know how to book. Or would constantly call or book you in without knowing.They booked me and my husband Same time when I mentioned I cannot come same time as we need 1 of us to watch our kids.We have insurance and on top of that now they ask us to pay when we never use to pay. Constantly asking for dental fees when my insurance is covered.I also booked my 3 year old and he was scared and nervous this dentist didn't even offer to give him anything to make him feel comfortable and kid friendly. Nor do they have kids show on the TV. We couldn't get my sons service done and left. They could have atleast offer stickers or something to make him comfortable. Nope nothing. I was told they have a treasure box but wasn't offered.Time to find a new dentist after 8 years!

Our family transferred our dental services to Dhuga Dental Centre and we have had nothing but great experiences. The staff are incredibly friendly and create a warm environment. They earned the trust of our nervous daughter. She is very comfortable visiting the dentist now which is incredible. She looks forward to seeing Dr. Dhuga because "he is funny". They are very knowledgeable and show a genuine concern for your health. I highly recommend his services.

Biggest L of your life if Dr Gurjit Dhuga is not your dentist! No kidding- let me tell you why.I recently switched over to Dr Dhuga & i’ve been nothing but pleased. From the moment i walk in through the doors with a warm welcome till i leave- NOPE, i lied ... they even follow up with you after your appointment to answer any questions or concerns you may have which is so helpful because i have tons of questions AFTER i leave that i forgot to ask while i was there.First, I’ve struggled with a chipped front tooth all my life that was temporarily filled in place with a pin. I’ve always wanted to do a crown but it only took me 15 years of my life to be sure about a crown & the dentist who gets the honor of doing this. I chose Dr Dhuga and his team. Let me tell you, best decision of my life. I cannot stop smiling. The whole process was amazing & I’m in love with my perfect smile!Secondly, i got my wisdom teeth removed and i was absolutely scared about getting these removed as growing up people would make it seem like it’s the most horrific thing ever. I was fully informed about challenges that may occur during the procedure. And the best part??? i got to keep my babies as a souvenir haha :)This is to say that the team went above and beyond to make me as comfortable and informed as possible. They are exceptionally knowledgeable & competent. I also receive timely reminders via text message when I had an appointment coming up which was super helpful as well.THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN 🙏🏼

Love this dentist best ever and all staff are very pleasant and professional.Had cavity in between my two top front teeth was looking dark. Dr. Dhuga did an amazing job fixing my cavity it now looks like I never had a cavity there before. I know someone that had the same cavity on the same spot and after she went to her dentist and got it fixed it does not look like it's been fixed still looks dark.. Dr. Dhuga and his staff are nothing short of amazing! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a very long time due to a really bad experience in the past. I was recommended to try Dhuga Dental by a colleague who raved so much about their exceptional service and cleanliness. I was beyond thankful for the recommendation and the opportunity to visit a dental office without feeling scared or dreading the experience. Everyone is very welcoming, kind, informative and professional. They are always on top of covid protocol and ensure the environment is clean for everyone. I had a few fillings done here that we’re very quick and painless( nothing like my last experience which I hated so much). I received a follow-up phone call to make sure all was well, which was above my expectations! Speaking with Priyanka and arranging my appointments were such a joy. Live in Vaughan and was looking for a new Dentist as mine did not make me comfortable anymore due to Covid-19 practices (did the minimum according to the association). I'm a granddad with twins under 12 years old - so wanted a place that shared my concerns. When I attended for an overdue cleaning - was very pleased with the staff. It took 2 cleanings to get them back in shape as well as another appointment to fix a tooth. A senior discount was very much appreciated ! Also was super impressed with Dr Dhuga calling me personally at home to check if I was happy with the repair. WOW

Great experience at Dhuga Dental center. The entire staff is top notch. Right from the front door the experience was excellent. They are all very friendly. Dr Dhuga is extremely professional and he does everything with great care. He also messaged the next day asking if I was feeling okay since I had some fillings done. I would recommend him and his team. They are also very clean and ultra careful with the COVID procedures.

My son cracked a back-tooth eating a popcorn seed on a Saturday evening. We looked on Google as to what to do and everything said to go to emergency which we were really concerned about due to the pandemic. We got in touch with Dr. Dhuga who virtually did a quick assessment and let us know it wasn't an emergency and that we could wait until Monday to resolve the issue (which he booked us in for at the end of the day even though he was fully booked). We avoided a risky trip to the hospital and had our son's broken tooth removed within 36hrs all thanks to Dr. Dhuga's incredible level of care for his patients. He followed up a couple of times after the surgery to ensure my son was healing well and that there were no issues. Simply one of the best dentists you can find anywhere; thank you Dr. Dhuga and your team!

Dr. Dhuga is professional and very knowledgeable. Last week my son had an emergency with his loose tooth. Dr.Dhuga was kind enough to squeeze my son in for an appointment. During Covid 19, Dr. Dhuga and his staff went above and beyond to ensure all safety measures were in place and I felt at ease visiting his office with my children.Dr. Dhuga and his team are personable and make you feel comfortable each and every visit. Dr.Dhuga is a great doctor and he is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. My mother and I have been seeing him from several years. His fees are a bit higher than others but his work is not bad. I just wish they would tell you the exact amount before the process and not after. The staff are friendly in general but I think the lady at the front desk staff who deals with payment etc can be a bit more courteous as her tone seems very demanding. On few different occasions I’ve noticed her to be a bit rude and I’m not sure if she realizes she’s making the patient feel uncomfortable. Otherwise overall the place is great.

I was not looking for a new dentist, however due to covid I was unable to get an emergency appointment for my son at our current dentist. I asked a few friends for some recommendations and this was the best one. I contacted the office and scheduled an appointment. There was a mix up as they have two locations and I was booked for the Vaughan location in error. Frustrated with the situation, I looked to other options however, I decided to rebook and give them a second chance. I AM SO GLAD I DID! Not only were they apologetic and took ownership for the mix up, they did their best to accommodate us and gave us an appointment the following day. The service is unmatched at this place from the admin staff right up to the top! Dr. Dhuga is so thorough and transparent through every step of your treatment. My son had a tooth pulled and I was contacted by Dr. Dhuga himself to follow-up. I decided to bring him back for some fillings and again, we received a quick follow-up call. It's the little things that matter so much. I have been to a few dentist in the past and this place tops any and everything. The office is sterilized after each patient touches or exits and area. During this pandemic you can feel safe here as they have gone above and beyond to prevent the spread of any infection. Needless to say, I have had such a great experience that I have moved the entire family over to Dhuga Dental.

I’ve been coming here for years, Dhuga Dental is clean, modern and professional. The facility is always in pristine condition. During COVID, I am impressed with the strict measures they are taking, as you can see they are taking it serious with no shortcuts. Staff are pleasant to deal with and communication is easy to book/change appointments. Dr. Dhuga is amazing, he is kind, genuine, passionate and knowledgeable. Dr. Dhuga gives the time and attention to all patients as he went above and beyond and called a day after to follow up and check on myself. Highly recommended!

RIP OFF ALERT! I was so disappointed and felt cheated! I confirmed and reconfirmed with the lady at the reception of what my insurance coverage is like. She assured me ‘You’re good with it’ after I clearly stated I’ll go ahead if it’s fully covered. Either it was intentional ( to make money) or negligence but I FELT CHEATED. She handed over the bill to me by the end of it. I confronted and was given non sense answers in response! Clearly she knew and just didn’t let me know! Like every other dental office they ALWAYS check and let you know beforehand. I ended up paying however but will never visit this office again. Dr Dhuga, however, was good. Treatment went well. But why not be upfront and honest with your patients. You could have made much more money if I sticked to your clinic by multiple visits. But they preferred to mug me in the first visit instead.

I highly recommend Dr. Dhuga Dental Centre for anybody who is looking for an amazing dentist and wonderful support staff. I switched over to this office in May of this year after having a horrible experience with my previous dentist. Dr. Dhuga is extremely professional and knowledgeable, making sure that you are clear on any procedure which is being done. He spends time to ensure that you are always comfortable during the treatments. Further he follows up with a phone-call following any work that has been done to confirm that everything is ok. In addition all of the support staff, including the office manager, receptionists, dental hygienists and dental assistants are all pleasant, attentive and always professional. The whole environment in the office is extremely positive - just what nervous patients like me require . Now that I have started coming here I will be recommending all my family and friends to switch over as well. Congratulations on putting such a great team together Dr. Dhuga 🙂

I have been a patient of Dhuga Dental since 2006. He is so professional, patient, confident in every procedure he has done for me. I myself and my children love going to the dentist for our dental needs because we feel so comfortable and confident that the procedure will be done right the first time. I have done cavity fillings, root canals and crown procedures all with Dhuga Dental and I have to say I am never nervous and always confident that the procedure will go well. Dhuga Dental comforts you and informs you on what he is doing along with his great dental Assistant Lisa who compliments his work with her great assistance. Dr. Dhuga is an excellent dentist who goes the extra mile to ensure that you are receiving the right treatment and demonstrates a genuine concern for ones’ dental health. I never feel rushed and he is very patient with questions and answers all concerns with absolute integrity and thoroughness. I cannot rate his team any higher than five, albeit I would if it was possible. From the front desk to the assistants and hygienists, they are all professional and friendly. With other places you get the sense that they are there to process you within 15 minute increments in order to meet a set standard. At the Dhuga Dental Centre, it has a more of a family run feel where he truly wants to treat you and never gives the impression that you are part of a dental assembly line. If anyone is interested in switching dentists or are venturing out to find their first one, I would try this place first.
